The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees, with Dato' Seri S. Samy Vellu as the founder and patron. The Board chairman is YB Tan Sri Dato’ Dr K.S. Nijhar.

Dr Denison Jayasooria serves as the Executive Director while the other Trustees are Datuk Dr T. Marimuthu, YB S. Sothinathan, Datuk K. Kumaran, Tan Sri Dato’ M. Mahalingam, Datuk Dr L. Krishnan and Ir. M. Muthiah.
